Accommodation Block
The accommodation block has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and is able to accommodate 54 people in 30 rooms which offer shared and single units depending on the need. The accommodation service is currently not available due to a shortage of personnel and budget. The kitchen and dining facilities can accommodate up to 200 people.
Venue Booking Procedure
- Receive a booking request in writing (via email/on website) or telephonically, must be done 14 working days before the event.
- Confirm booking by sending venue booking form to requestor to complete.
- IBTC receives completed booking form.
- Conduct venue checking using a checklist on the first day and last day of the event (IBTC staff and requestor.
- Confirm venue is in working order and utilise venue.
